Passport appointments for children under the age of 16 do not require the child to attend the appointment. PLEASE ENSURE ALL FORMS ARE SIGNED AND DATED PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Only one parent/guardian is required to attend the appointment. Parent attending appointment does not have to be Australian citizen.
